After returning from a journey to Mexico, the artist felt a newfound closeness to death, embracing it as a theme to be exorcised through art. Inspired by the Catrinas, the iconic skeleton figures of Día de los Muertos, this piece transforms grief into a vibrant, imaginative tribute to the cycle of life and death.
