Asciugamano Catalano is a 65×120 cm Chalk on towel piece, rooted in a fun and unexpected artistic moment during a trip to Lloret de Mar, Catalonia.
The story unfolds in a hotel room, where two beautiful, fresh, and youthful women played in the bathtub and asked the artist for a portrait. Starting with a simple sheet of paper, frustration with its size and limitations led to an impulsive decision—the hotel towel became the new canvas. Thus, the first-ever landscape on an improvised textile was born.
