ITALIAN THERAPY

After five years of living abroad, Luca De Pravato returned to Italy—a shift as profound as it was inevitable. He retrieved everything left behind in Berlin: his belongings, unfinished art projects, and fragments of a life once paused. Back in his family home, he began to piece everything together, reconstructing the scattered elements of his journey.

This new series is a convergence of past and present, carrying echoes of all his previous works. The new paintings are large in format, deeply symbolic, and cryptic in meaning. While some pieces incorporate elements from earlier series, they take on an entirely new form, evolving into something distinct.

His latest works are infused with color and ritual, adventure and mysticism. They embody both confusion and introspection, shifting between clarity and ambiguity, the seen and the hidden.

More than just a collection of paintings, this series is an inner journey, moving through esoteric landscapes and alchemical transformations—a passage into the enigmatic, ever-evolving world of Luca De Pravato.
