Asciugamano Alieni is a mixed-media artwork created in 2020, measuring 70×140 cm. This piece was born from a moment of emptiness—the artist had just moved into a new home, faced with a space that felt vast and unfilled. With nothing but a towel and some threads, a new creative beginning took shape. Though not the first towel artwork, this was the one where the artist fully grasped its potential as a medium. The work blends sewing and painting, transforming an everyday object into a textured canvas of imagination and reinvention.
