RUBIK KIDS

RUBIK KIDS is a recent acrylic painting created in 2024, measuring 165×100 cm. Following the performance 5.15 LOOKDOWN, the artist discovered the therapeutic power of painting. After a session with their therapist, during which they confronted their angry shadow, a striking vision emerged—a slender teenager seen from behind. Inspired by this vision, the artist harnessed their creative talent to bring it to life on canvas. In a surreal twist, the figure is enclosed within a Rubik’s cube, with each color representing a different element of nature. At the precise angle of the child’s gaze, a symbolic emblem appears, evoking concepts of yin-yang, Tao, duality, and the Matrix.
